Frank J. Bankowitz has been a practicing attorney in Orlando Florida for 32
years. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 9th Judicial
Circuit of Florida and continues to practice in Orlando, and all over the State
of Florida. His primary areas of practice are Criminal Defense, Family Law,
Trial Practice – Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Business Litigation. He maintains an
active trial and appellate practice.
Mr. Bankowitz is licensed to practice in all of the Courts of the State of
Florida, Federal Courts of the Middle District of Florida, the United States
Courts of Appeals for the 11th and 5th Circuits as well as being a member of the
Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He has argued cases before state courts
all over the State of Florida and had the opportunity to argue before the
Florida Supreme Court on a number of occasions.
Mr. Bankowitz meets statutory qualifications to represent persons charged with death
penalty offenses and has also argued before the Florida Supreme Court
on behalf of persons sentenced to death.
Our offices are located at 207 E Livingston Street, in Orlando, Florida and we
are just a short walk from the Orange County Courthouse.
